Description
One of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is hiring a Director to lead Infrastructure Project Delivery in Japan.
This role reports directly to the CTO and is responsible for driving strategy, managing large-scale infrastructure programs, and leading a team of ~10 members.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end infrastructure project portfolio
- Lead large-scale programs (data center, PC refresh, infrastructure upgrades)
- Ensure alignment with business strategy and CTO roadmap
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance
- Establish PMO standards, reporting, and governance frameworks
- Handle risk, audit, and compliance coordination
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Procurement)
- Provide executive-level reporting and decision support
- Build and lead a high-performing delivery team
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in IT Infrastructure / Project Management / Strategy
- Proven experience managing large-scale global IT projects
- Strong knowledge of: Infrastructure (Data Centers, End-user computing, Networks)
- Financial planning (budgeting, forecasting)
- Strong stakeholder management (CXO-level exposure)
- Experience working in global / multinational environments
- Strong with executive communication & reporting, Program & portfolio management, Financial and investment planning, Risk & governance management, Vendor & stakeholder management.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
