Description
An Asian Insurance firm is seeking an IT Project Lead to drive large-scale enterprise IT initiatives, system planning, and cross-functional technology transformation projects within the insurance business.
This role sits within the IT Planning & Promotion Department and is responsible for leading strategic IT programs, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders, and supporting enterprise-wide system implementation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-level IT projects and strategic system implementation initiatives
- Collaborate with business divisions, IT teams, and regional/group offices to identify and select appropriate technology solutions
- Develop system implementation plans and present proposals to executive leadership
- Drive large-scale cross-functional IT initiatives requiring coordination across multiple departments
- Support planning and execution of new insurance product system initiatives
- Manage project governance, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with external vendors, development partners, and consulting firms
- Contribute to enterprise IT strategy, architecture planning, and technology innovation initiatives
- Provide leadership and ownership across complex IT transformation programs
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in solution selection and enterprise system implementation projects
- 3+ years of experience in IT strategy or system planning within the financial services industry
- Experience managing large-scale cross-functional IT projects
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities (Pivot Tables, reporting, analysis)
- Experience presenting proposals and recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and project coordination skills
- Experience working with external vendors and multiple stakeholders

Working Hours: Full flex time (no core hours)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
