A Global Wellness firm is looking for  an  IT Infrastructure Specialist position.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve L1 and L2 support tickets in a timely manner, escalating to L3/vendor support when needed
- Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage laptop lifecycle: procurement coordination, imaging/setup, deployment, maintenance, repairs, and retirement
- Maintain inventory and asset tracking for laptops and other IT equipment
- Roll out new laptops and equipment to employees, including onboarding/offboarding device setup
- Assist in handling software distributions and software updates and patches
- Manage Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD): user accounts, groups, permissions, and group policies
- Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management
- Support password resets, account lockouts, and related AD troubleshooting
- Support server, network, and cloud infrastructure as needed
- Monitor system performance and proactively flag issues
- Maintain backup and basic disaster recovery processes for endpoint/user data
- Manage telecommunications infrastructure (e.g., SIP trunking, carrier coordination, cloud system)
- Work closely with the US team and regional teams to align on IT support, projects, and rollouts
- Coordinate across time zones for ticket handoffs and status updates
- Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with vendors on equipment procurement, repairs, and warranty claims
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for AD structure, ticket resolution procedures, and equipment inventory
- Document standard operating procedures for common L1/L2 issues

Required skills:
- 2-4+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or infrastructure roles (L1/L2 level) 
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory
- Experience managing laptop deployment, imaging, and asset tracking
- Solid understanding of Windows OS and macOS
- Strong ticketing system experience (e.g., ServiceNow,Halo)
- Familiarity with VoIP/telephony basics is a plus

Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) : core time 10:00-15:00
Working Style: Hybrid (1 day/can work from home)
