Description
A foreign-affiliated building operations services company is seeking an in-house IT Field Engineer. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth business operations through hands-on IT support, infrastructure management, and collaboration with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
- Act as an escalation point for end users and collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex issues
- Enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal company policies
- Set up and support town halls and important meetings, including configuring AV equipment and connectivity for executive-level events
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of hardware and mobile devices
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding hardware/software procurement, maintenance contracts, and service delivery
- Manage and process invoices related to IT assets and network services, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in L2 or equivalent technical support roles (experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred)
- Practical experience with ITSM methodologies and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira

Working Hours:
8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (7 hours 45 minutes), flexible working hours available (core hours: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

100% on-site (remote work not applicable)
