A leading global data center company is currently seeking a Project Management professional to support tenant data hall fit-out projects across its data center campuses in Chiba and Osaka.

As part of the Implementation Management Team, you will work closely with tenants, construction vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of fit-out projects aligned with tenant specifications. This role involves requirement gathering, vendor coordination, quotation management, documentation preparation, and overall project support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Understand tenant requirements and confirm technical feasibility
- Communicate and coordinate with tenants, including onsite inspections and project discussions
- Coordinate with construction vendors regarding specifications, quotation requests/reviews, and documentation management
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation including schedules, weekly reports, and meeting minutes
- Support vendor and contractor selection processes
- Coordinate with tenants and vendors regarding Q&A, proposal clarifications, notifications, and ordering processes
- Support tenant construction (EFO) activities during project execution

Required Skills:
- Experience in data center construction, fit-out, or similar infrastructure projects
- Experience coordinating with tenants, vendors, contractors, or internal stakeholders
- Experience supporting EFO (Equipment Fit-Out) or related construction environments
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, HVAC/HAC, cabling, and rack environments
- Ability to review technical documentation, drawings, and vendor proposals
- Experience preparing project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Fluent Japanese (N1 level or above)
- Business-level English

Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience within the data center industry
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or facility-related projects
- Experience working within international or global environments

Salary: 9.6M – 13M JPY
