A Leading cloud-based point-of-sale platform firm is looking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to assist in their Customer Success & Delivery.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, orchestrating cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, and Services teams. The TAM must understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring service quality and driving adoption of loyalty, engagement, and CDP platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, loyalty program design, technology landscape, and integration architecture
- Own client satisfaction metrics (NPS) for assigned enterprise accounts; proactively identify and mitigate risks to retention and expansion
- Serve as single point of orchestration for all client deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across internal teams
- Maintain real time visibility on all open incidents, service requests, and escalations; drive resolution within agreed SLAs
- Own service quality metrics and conduct periodic service reviews with clients and internal stakeholders
- Evaluate and translate client business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to produce technical specification documents for change requests and new projects
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation on Confluence (or equivalent) for each account
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to scope, plan, and deliver client projects using Agile methodology (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
- Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and communicate status to client stakeholders with clarity and transparency
- Demonstrate working knowledge of client’s CDP, loyalty, and engagement modules – including data ingestion pipelines, API integrations, segmentation, and campaign analytics
- Engage credibly in technical discussions around data flows, system architecture, and platform capabilities with client technology teams

Required Skills:
- Extensive experience as in Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role within SaaS / MarTech / Retail Tech
- Proven ability to produce high-quality BRDs, user stories, and technical specification documents
- Hands on experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum / Kanban); familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST), data pipelines, system integrations, and cloud-based SaaS architectures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate under ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent workstream
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
