A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Telco Infrastructure Engineer .

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of telecom infrastructure projects across Packet Core, IMS/IPTEL, SSP/SDM, and Telco Cloud domains
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, KPIs, task assignments, and delivery quality from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, vendors, offshore teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Plan, design, deploy, integrate, upgrade, test, optimize, and support telecom network and cloud infrastructure
- Create, review, and approve technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, MOPs, test plans, RCAs, and operational procedures
- Troubleshoot complex network and cloud infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with global teams
- Support Telco Cloud environments, including Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMware, and VNF/CNF deployments, operations, and automation
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, ensure best practices, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery and operations

Required Skills:
- Experience in telecom carrier, telecom vendor, SIer, network infrastructure, or Telco Cloud environments
- Experience or knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Packet Core, IMS/IPTEL, SSP/SDM, or Cloud Infrastructure
- Basic to strong understanding of 4G/5G networks, telecom architecture, call flows, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IoT, or related telecom technologies
- Experience or knowledge of Linux, VMware, Docker, Containers, OpenStack, OpenShift, or Kubernetes
- Experience in deployment, integration, testing, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, log analysis, RCA, MOP preparation, or change management
- Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, onsite teams, offshore teams, and global support teams
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow defined project processes, operational procedures, security policies, and customer requirements
