Our client, a leading regional bank, is looking for a passionate  Corporate Sustainability / Social Impact professional  to take the lead in shaping and elevating its social impact strategy in Singapore.

This is a  6-month maternity cover , ideal for someone who can step in confidently and hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Driving

🌱 Programme & Events Leadership
Design and deliver high-impact social initiatives — from large-scale volunteering programmes to engaging fund-raising campaigns that rally employees and create real community outcomes.

🤝 Strategic Partnerships & External Engagement
Build and strengthen collaborations with government agencies, non-profits, and community partners to expand the bank’s social footprint and long-term impact.

💡 Employee Engagement & Culture
Champion volunteerism across the organisation — driving participation, recognition initiatives, and awareness campaigns that foster a strong culture of giving back.

📣 Advisory & Communications
Partner with business units to advise on social impact initiatives, while managing both internal and external communications to showcase meaningful stories and results.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community engagement (banking experience is advantageous)

• Strong track record in managing programmes, events, or social campaigns end-to-end

• Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills

• Immediate availability preferred
