A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the growth and evolution of the app. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping the product’s future, driving user engagement, and contributing directly the firm success by developing and executing innovative product strategies. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, championing a user-centric approach, and delivering impactful mobile experiences to millions of users.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate and execute the product strategy
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs and to shape the product roadmap
- Align product goals with the overall business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and business impact
- Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to drive product improvements
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitors
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment
- Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the product lifecycle, e.g., marketing, and sales
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with focus on mobile apps
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to work at an execution level, diving into technical details and driving projects to completion

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style : Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
