A Global Digital Marketing solutions firm is seeking a Senior Security Manager .
Responsibilities:
- Security Policy Development & Implementation:
Create and maintain information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to protect IT infrastructure and assets, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Security Risk Assessment:
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the organization's information systems. Develop strategies and controls to mitigate identified risks effectively.
- Incident Response:
Lead response and recovery efforts in the event of security incidents or breaches. Establish response protocols, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, conduct investigations, and implement preventive measures.
- Security Auditing and Monitoring:
Continuously monitor systems, networks, and applications to detect and respond to security incidents. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security policies and standards.
- Security Awareness & Training:
Develop and provide training programs to educate employees on security best practices, policies, and procedures. Promote security awareness and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT security management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, threats, and trends in IT security.
