A startup providing a data platform solutions for the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend-Focused Full-Stack (Global Product Team, English Environment).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of the application from scratch, including technology selection, domain modeling, and overall architecture design.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, and engineers across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Play a key role in building a high-performing, globally-oriented engineering team that primarily operates in English.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience building and delivering web applications on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ engineers with strong technical guidance across architecture, implementation, and delivery.
- Experience driving architecture design and contributing to product technical direction.
- End-to-end delivery experience in either: B2B SaaS platforms (enterprise-level performance, reliability, security), or B2C applications (usability, performance, customer engagement).
- Experience across the full product lifecycle—requirements, design, roadmap planning, development, and post-launch improvements. (Experience in at least one lifecycle area is sufficient.)
- Practical experience with modern web development environments and tools, including: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Rust (axum), Node.js (Express, Fastify, NestJS)

Working Hours : Flextime system (core hours 11:00–16:00) / Remote work possible
