Description
A Global IT Service firm is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to bring new media services to life by leveraging the latest AI-driven development approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute across the entire development lifecycle of web applications, spanning the front end, back end, DevOps (CI/CD), and infrastructure, through to service delivery to users
- Participate in system architecture and high-level design in collaboration with senior engineers, including REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and database schemas
- Build modern front ends using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Maintain code quality and development standards through strict linting and unit testing
- Deploy services and continue to operate them after release, using and improving existing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS)
- Analyze application logs to investigate incidents, improve service reliability, and drive continuous improvement
- Practice AI-driven development with AI tools to increase productivity and speed
- Support producers with requirements analysis, estimation, and scheduling, and deliver services in close collaboration with them
- Maintain development documentation
Required skills:
- 5+ years of web application development experience
- Experience in system architecture and high-level design, or experience developing from a thorough understanding of a given design
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including the use of linters and unit testing
- Hands-on experience with at least one server-side language (Go, Node.js, or Python), and an understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL), including schema design
- Basic knowledge of Linux and experience using a major cloud platform (GCP or AWS)
- Basic knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
- Basic knowledge of AI-driven development with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, - Cursor, and Gemini, as well as prompt engineering
- Experience supporting requirements analysis and estimation, and a track record of delivering projects on schedule
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including log analysis

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
