Position: Sales Manager
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales within the precision dispensing industry or material supply sector. This role requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
Key Deliverables:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Coordinating sales efforts with company’s marketing programs.
- Visiting customers and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customers.
- Preparing technical information, handling, and liaising regarding technical requests and troubleshooting with customers.
- Provide On-site support/set up, in-house technical support, test report and preparing system proposals.
- When needed, provide urgent support to clients in the event of system failure outside of working hours.
- Collaborate with colleagues from HQ and other countries on technical knowledge learning and sharing.
Job Requirements:
- A technical background in electrical and mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in technical sales,
- Hands-on experience in servicing machinery or automation systems, including electrical wiring and fluid mechanics.
- Proven ability to negotiate with customers on pricing and technical matters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with a hunter mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand and occasionally outside the region
