A Global IT Service is seeking a Project Manager. This Department values a lean and efficient organizational mindset and provides products and systems that continuously strengthen and expand e-commerce. To deliver value quickly in a rapidly changing business environment, the team actively utilizes advanced technologies such as AI and continues to grow by repeatedly taking on challenges and making improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning by defining clear goals, timelines, milestones, and critical paths to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while aligning internal and external dependencies
- Drive project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring tasks progress efficiently toward key milestones
- Monitor project performance through proactive task tracking, process management, and regular progress reporting to stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of delivery by overseeing quality assurance, testing strategies, and release planning
- Manage project scope, costs, and timelines while balancing business priorities and responding effectively to change requests
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery and business outcomes
- Proactively manage issues by coordinating rapid problem resolution and maintaining project momentum
- Continuously improve project management practices by refining processes, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency and delivery success
Required skills:
- Approximately 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Basic knowledge of engineering or equivalent development experience as an engineer
- Strong skills in fast-paced issue management, risk management, and problem solving
- Strong communication skills to minimize communication gaps between stakeholders
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Strong commitment mindset and leadership to successfully complete projects

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
