A Global IT services company is seeking a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Work with business owners, product managers, and technical teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
- Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication within and outside the team to ensure effective collaboration
- Execution & Delivery Management: Oversee project progress and manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Risk Management: Continuously monitor progress, anticipate and identify risks, and implement prompt countermeasures
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for the project and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks
- Budget & Resource Management: Create and manage the project budget, optimizing costs and ensuring effective use of resources
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all deliverables are thoroughly tested and meet quality requirements
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of project management experience in software platform development
- Proven track record of successfully managing and releasing complex software development projects
- Knowledge of software technologies (e.g., e-commerce, microservices, APIs, CMS systems, payment gateways, search engines)
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
