An European Life Insurance is seeking a Project Manager to the Lead Change and Drive Innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Define project priorities and business requirements, overseeing scope, budget, resources, and risks
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with internal policies
- Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders to maintain project control
- Contribute to improving the overall service level of the Portfolio & Project Office (PPO)
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of outputs

Required Skills:
- Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale projects, with strong knowledge of industry practices, Agile methodologies, and system migrations
- Technical Proficiency: Solid background in software development and Agile practices, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex solutions
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and change management skills, with excellent presentation abilities for engaging CIOs and senior stakeholders

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days of remote work per week)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and new year holidays (December 30, December 31, January 2 and January 3), Annual Paid Holiday. For Regular employee, other special holidays are available (e.g. Anniversary Leave, etc.)
