A Global Automotive firm is looking for a Project Manager (Application Deployment) to support global sales and customer service systems, IT projects, and regional technology initiatives.
This is a staff-level position suited for professionals with several years of experience in IT project coordination, architecture support, or regional IT functions. The role combines elements of IT project management, vendor coordination, system strategy support, and business-facing collaboration. You will work closely with regional teams, headquarters stakeholders, and internal/external IT suppliers to ensure stable and aligned IT services supporting global sales and aftersales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects related to sales and aftersales systems used in global markets
- Work with teams in Europe, Japan, Dubai, Thailand, Taiwan, and other regions to implement or improve systems
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure projects move forward
- Speak regularly with regional teams and distributors to understand their system needs
- Help coordinate the setup or improvement of applications used in those markets
- Ensure regional teams understand project timelines, changes, and technical updates
- Global Technical Teams and Vendors Management
- Operational Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Support System Rollout and Improvements
Required skills:
- 5-10+ yes of exp in supporting IT or system-related projects
- Able to manage projects end-to-end
- Experience with application setup and development, with enough technical understanding to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Exp coordinating with international teams (Europe, Dubai, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, etc.)
- Understanding of enterprise IT landscapes (applications, platforms, integrations)
