A major Japanese airline is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Data Migration programme as part of a multi-year IT transformation initiative.

This project involves migrating legacy systems to a modern cloud platform. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in bridging communication between the Japanese client and a global delivery team, ensuring the smooth coordination of meetings, project documentation, and day-to-day programme activities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between the Japanese client and the global delivery team
- Schedule meetings, workshops, and project reviews
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items
- Update project status and task progress in Jira
- Organize and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate schedules across multiple time zones
- Support Japanese-English communication and document translation when required
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support

Required skills:
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technical teams, even without a technical background
- Flexible to adjust working hours when required
