Description
A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Program Manager. This role will lead the greenfield implementation of Teamcenter PLM & QMS for a medical devices manufacturer, driving seamless, digital, and automated business processes across product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the PLM transformation program as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the implementation
- Manage stakeholder communication, program planning, and RAID
- Design solution architecture and map business processes
- Provide functional and technical guidance to the implementation team
- Oversee program scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, managing dependencies
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
- Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consulting and implementation across various domains
- Expertise in any domain PLM processes, solution mapping, configuration, and customization
- Strong functional and technical knowledge in Raw Material and Formulation Management, Environmental Compliance, Quality Management, and Part and Change Management
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
