Description
A Top Asian Insurance firm is seeking a Production Support Engineer to support IT service management operations, incident management processes, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise systems.
This role sits within the Production Services Department and focuses on IT incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, disaster recovery planning, and IT operational process improvement.
The successful candidate will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders while helping establish, improve, and operationalize enterprise ITSM processes and operational governance frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Support IT incident management processes including incident response coordination, recovery support, and management reporting
- Perform root cause analysis and support problem management initiatives to prevent recurring incidents
- Support change management activities including CAB operations and risk assessments
- Manage configuration-related information across applications, EUC environments, and IT assets
- Support disaster recovery and contingency planning initiatives including DR testing coordination
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ITSM-related processes
- Support projects related to IT operational governance and service management improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams and business departments to improve operational stability and service quality
Required Skills
- Experience with IT incident management, operational governance, or ITSM processes
- Logical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge equivalent to IPA Fundamental Information Technology Engineer certification
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with operational improvement or process enhancement activities preferred
- Experience with Power Automate or Power BI preferred

Working Hours: Full flex time (no core hours)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
