A world-renowned Insurance firm is looking for a seasoned Product Owner to join its IT division and take full ownership of digital and internal system initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals
- Lead product delivery from planning to release with speed and quality
- Optimize processes across the product lifecycle
- Define governance frameworks and manage stakeholder engagement
- Improve product performance and UX through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, developers, QA, UX/UI)
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Required Skills:
- Product Ownership: 3+ years as a Product Owner in agile environments (preferably in life insurance or financial services)
- End-to-End Management: Proven ability to lead delivery, process, governance, and optimization across the product lifecycle
- Collaboration & Tools: Skilled in translating business needs into requirements, working with diverse teams using Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days of remote work per week)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and new year holidays (December 30, December 31, January 2 and January 3), Annual Paid Holiday. For Regular employee, other special holidays are available (e.g. Anniversary Leave, etc.)
