A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Product Manager . In recent years, its services have experienced substantial annual growth. The company is currently undertaking numerous projects aimed at improving and enhancing its offerings, necessitating the addition of new team members to help shape future products. Furthermore, the firm current focus is on leveraging groundbreaking innovations in global IT system fundamentals, including automation, AI integration, advanced database models, and data transfer protocols, to drive business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Identify User and Partner Needs: Conduct thorough user, market, and industry research, along with data analysis, to uncover issues, needs, and desires
- Define Product Requirements: Develop comprehensive product requirement documents and functional specifications, proposing optimal solutions based on deep technical and operational insights
- Track and Report KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and report findings to stakeholders
- Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate and facilitate various meetings within the team, across groups, and with partners during the product design process to drive service improvements and product development
- Develop Vision and Roadmaps: Create vision and product roadmaps aligned with the business strategy for the mid-to-long term

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style : Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
