An IT Governance and Security firm is looking for Product Introduction Engineer in order to introduce an Automation Platform to their overseas clients.
Currently, while utilizing overseas products that have not yet been introduced in Japan, we are focusing on supporting the efficiency and sophistication of operations, mainly in the back-office operations of financial institutions, and the number of projects is continuously increasing.
Against the backdrop of this expansion of business and the expansion of technical domains, we have decided to increase the number of members who will be responsible for the introduction and utilization of overseas products globally.
Responsibilities:
- Definition of requirements based on customer business interviews (scope organization, business flow confirmation, etc.)
- Design, configuration, and implementation support for overseas automation products (Xceptor, etc.), design of business logic and process flow, organization of configuration contents, and preparation
- Explanation to clients, coordination and support at the time of implementation, response to inquiries after implementation, operation and maintenance response, communication in English with overseas vendors and related parties (participation in meetings, confirmation and explanation of materials, etc.)
Required skills:
- RPA development related work (at least 2 years) e.g., UiPath / PowerAutomate / VBA etc.
- Professional Experience within Product Introduction, Business Requirement gathering, Project Management type work
- Experience working with technical stakeholders (internal & external), vendors etc.
- Ability to work with people from overseas

Working Hours: Full flextime system (no core hours), Monday to Friday
Work Style: Fully remote within Japan, flextime system (standard working hours: 8 hours per day)
