A Global Insurance firm is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Developer with in the Insurance Claims Systems Department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of Claims domain system modernization in support of major strategic initiatives
- This includes collaboration with other key domains (Billing/PAS/FrontEnd/etc.) (PAS = Policy Administration System)
- Direct solutioning & delivery of Claims systems transformation program in Japan
- Help with existing system rationalization and decommission plan as part of the modernization
- Excellent with team building and coaching skills
- Successfully organize and direct large teams of people
- Energetic leader with a positive attitude
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow experience
- Strong 10+ years IT delivery experience
- Modern IT architecture, development methodology and automation skills
- Familiar with Open API framework
- Strong with relational DB such as Oracle, Sybase, etc.
- Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability for productive collaboration across varying departments
- Ability to operate and have credibility with senior business leaders

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
