Description
A Global IT Service firm is seeking a PMO professional to join the Tech Management Office. This role will support the Chief AI & Data Officer in driving the strategic adoption of AI and data across multiple business units.
As part of a highly visible and cross-functional organization, you will play a key role in overseeing AI and data utilization initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, developing KPI reporting structures, and delivering insights to executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Project status and management
- Standardization and guideline development
- KPI and reporting system development
- Sharing of best practices
- Optimization of the overall portfolio
- Reporting to management (including material creation)
- Additionally, you may be responsible for data consulting services to other departments as needed
Required skills:
- Experience in Project Management or PMO
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
- Strong interest in and understanding of creating business value through AI and data utilization

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
