A world’s leading cloud service provider, is seeking a talented and bilingual Prototyping & AI Customer Engineering - Engagement Manager to help customers accelerate innovation through emerging cloud technologies, Generative AI, and rapid prototyping.In this customer-facing leadership role, you will work closely with customers, account teams, partners, Solutions Architects, and Prototyping Engineers to identify innovation opportunities, define strategic outcomes, and oversee the delivery of cloud-based prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
This position is ideal for professionals with a background in consulting, program management, cloud transformation, innovation strategy, solution delivery, or customer engagement who enjoy combining technology, business strategy, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify innovation and prototyping opportunities with customers, partners, sales teams, and account teams.
- Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and technical environments to uncover opportunities for cloud transformation and innovation.
- Create compelling business cases and value propositions demonstrating the benefits of services, emerging technologies, and Generative AI solutions.
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of prototyping and innovation engagements.
- Define project scope, success criteria, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Prototyping Engineers to design and deliver innovative cloud-based solutions.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, business impact, and long-term strategic value of proposed solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders and senior technical decision-makers.
- Facilitate collaboration across customer organizations, clouds eams, partners, and third-party vendors.
- Support customers in adopting cloud technologies and innovation-driven operating models.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and manage communication across business and technical teams.
- Capture customer feedback, lessons learned, and best practices from engagements.
- Share knowledge internally to improve its services, delivery methodologies, and customer outcomes.
- Contribute to innovation awareness initiatives and thought leadership activities.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of customer-facing consulting, professional services, solution delivery, or implementation experience.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience delivering cloud-based solutions on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies and cloud-based AI services.
- Experience managing complex projects from initiation through delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project governance capabilities.
- Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
