A leading mobility technology company and part of a major global mobility group is seeking a bilingual Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Support project tracking, operational planning, vendor coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain project plans, team trackers, and operating procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help drive operational efficiency.
- Coordinate action items, follow-ups, meetings, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
- Track progress, maintain schedules, and support delivery against deadlines.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and team updates.
Required skills
- 4-5+ years’ experience in operations coordination, PMO support, with significant project exposure
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Skills/ experience in infrastructure & workspace technologies and associated tools (such as Jira)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace
- Experience taking meeting minutes and producing professional documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Work style: 4 days in office / 1 day Work From Home (First month: 5 days in office)
