Description
An Asian Insurance Group is seeking a Network Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure operations, cloud networking initiatives, and communication platform management across the organization.
This role sits within the Technical Services Department and focuses on network operations, cloud connectivity, telephony infrastructure, security enhancement initiatives, and multi-cloud network environment management.
Responsibilities:
- Support operation and maintenance of enterprise network and communication environments
- Participate in network infrastructure projects related to new system implementation and platform expansion
- Support cloud networking and multi-cloud infrastructure operations
- Collaborate with regional IT teams on global network initiatives and projects
- Support operational stability, maintenance activities, and audit-related tasks
- Drive improvement initiatives related to network security, traffic control, and operational optimization
- Support vulnerability prevention and infrastructure stability activities
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for network and telephony-related operations
- Research and evaluate new networking technologies and cloud capabilities
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure or operational support experience
- Experience building or operating enterprise network environments
- Experience supporting network infrastructure operations and maintenance activities
- English communication ability required for collaboration with regional teams
- Knowledge of networking and telephony technologies such as Cisco or AVAYA preferred
- Azure cloud knowledge preferred including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
- Security-related knowledge preferred
- Experience supporting multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments

Working Hours: Full flex time (no core hours)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
