A Global IT Service firm is looking for Mobile Application Engineer for its E-commerce services.
Responsibilities:
- Design easy-to-use and attractive applications based on UX/UI design, taking into account user operability and device-specific functions (camera, GPS, notification functions, etc.).
- In the development process, perform architectural design, coding, and testing for Android, aiming to provide high performance and reliability.
Required skills:
- Android app development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose Kotlin is the main language used for development
- Ability to communicate in English among developers Communication within the Android developer team is in English
- Ability to understand specifications and implement them in existing code base
- Experience with SQLite, Room, DataStore, or other local persistence frameworks
- Understanding of threading and concurrency mechanisms (e.g. coroutine, RxAndroid, RxJava)
- Proven experience implementing and understanding common mobile architectural patterns (e.g. MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture)
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs (e.g. Retrofit/OkHttp)
- Experience with WebView implementation and Cookie operation
- Proficiency with Git
