A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is looking for a Microsoft Power Automate Engineer within the Policy Servicing Team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Policy Servicing Team to analyze and understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
- Integrate Power Automate solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external applications/APIs
- Develop custom connectors and reusable automation components to support complex business processes
- Support the development and deployment of Power Apps to enhance user productivity and digital workflows
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for process performance, metrics, and business insights
- Leverage Java, C#, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python optional) to extend automation capabilities
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to the IT governance, compliance, and security standards
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation workflows for performance and reliability
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support for business users and team members
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and expand automation coverage across Policy Servicing operations

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of IT/software engineering experience with at least 2–3 years in automation and Power Platform solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (RPA, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows)
- Proficiency in C# and/or Java for automation extensions and integration
- Strong understanding of API integration, connectors, and REST services
- Experience in business process analysis and workflow design
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues quickly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
Services/Benefits: Transportation expenses up to 20,000 yen per month, plus Paid leave, plus social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension, and work-related accident insurance), Periodic health examination, and Employment insurance
