A Global IT Service firm is seeking a Logistics Data Business Partner to drive the next phase of data-driven transformation within its logistics organization. .
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary interface between logistics business, operations and our engineering team. You will translate ambiguous business pain points into structured, data-driven workstreams.
‑ Technical Guidance: While you are not expected to be the primary coder, you will guide our Data Scientists and Engineers by evaluating analytical approaches, ensuring model selection is robust, and maintaining high standards for scalability and performance.
‑ Project Ownership: Drive data utilization projects from "idea" to "reality." Manage stakeholder expectations, track ROI, and ensure our solutions are not just technically sound but practically adopted by warehouse operations.
‑ Organizational Catalyst: Shift the team's focus from "building dashboards" to "improving business KPIs." Use your broad knowledge of Data Engineering and AI to identify where we can drive the most impact in sales growth and cost reduction.
Required Skills:
‑ 3+ years of experience in data-driven business roles (e.g., Data Business Partner, Analytics Lead, Logistics Strategy).
‑ Strong Business Sense: Proven ability to translate business goals into data/AI requirements.
‑ Data Literacy: Familiarity with data analysis and data science concepts (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you must know what is possible and how to guide the team).
‑ Project Management: A track record of pushing projects from "idea" to "reality" in a complex, cross-functional environment.
‑ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to connect business challenges and technology solutions.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
