Description
A technology-led business consulting firm under well-established Japanese Corporation, is looking for a Lead Solution Architect to bring modern technology to reinvent business which spans various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead various transformation programs to introduce modern engineering approaches across client organizations
- Collaborate with client leadership and engineering teams to define software delivery strategies and drive organizational transformation
- Provide high-end consulting services that apply modern software engineering practices to directly impact client business outcomes
- Design and lead end-to-end architectural solutions for complex systems using modern technologies
- Evaluate and analyze existing system architectures and identify areas for improvement and modernization
- Ensure architecture meets scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability requirements
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies such as cloud services, data platforms, and mobile frameworks
- Provide strategic guidance on technology selection and integration aligned with client needs
- Work closely with IT professionals, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop and integrate systems
- Design and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions and explore innovative solutions
- Support pre-sales activities by working with client leadership and account teams
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or solution architecture within a product engineering environment
- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders in a consulting or delivery role
- Ability to translate business outcomes into clear technical requirements and system designs
- Experience designing and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with modern software engineering practices including Agile and DevOps
- Experience working on AI, data platforms, and/or developer platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Experience in building end-to-end solutions from architecture to implementation
