Description
A Global IT Service firm is looking for IT Technical Support Engineer for Corporate IT Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and validation of corporate device platforms running Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android prior to internal release
- Verify OS updates, security configurations, device policies, and application compatibility
- Ensure devices meet corporate security and operational standards before deployment to employees
- Microsoft Endpoint, Configuration Manager, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager
- Assist in testing device enrollment, configuration policies, and deployment workflows
- Participate in multiple device platform release projects simultaneously
- Understand project timelines, release milestones, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure successful rollout
- Investigate technical issues related to device platforms, OS behavior, and endpoint management systems
- Perform research and root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems
- Create, update, and maintain internal technical documentation
- Develop and improve internal knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Document testing results, configuration procedures, and operational guidelines
- Cross-Team Collaboration
Required skills:
- Strong interest in endpoint device platforms and enterprise IT environments
- Experience testing or working with Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android devices
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform technical research
- Ability to document processes and create clear technical documentation
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects and timelines
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
