A US world’s leading Insurance service provider is looking for a bilingual IT Support Engineer - Application Maintenance .
Responsibilities:
- IT Support consultant is responsible for managing & maintaining group of business applications.
- Get alignment with global / local governance to keep healthy applications (Cyber Security Remediation, regular update of various records of applications / document)
- You will guide, support and lead vendors to perform BAU activities properly (such as incident management, problem management and change management etc.).
- You will set priorities of BAU activities coordinating with business users, IT application delivery team and other parties involved.
- License management including contract management with vendors.
- Handling escalations from team members and escalating to Direct Manager.
- Create reports on BAU activities and report to Direct Manager and Senior management.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of application maintenance
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Network
- 3+ years Open System Application maintenance experience
- 5+ years application development experience of all development phases (requirement gathering, design, development, test and release)
- Development experience with Java, AWS, Angular is preferable
- Hands-on technical experience, and ability to work across different teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks and meet delivery deadlines
- Adaptability and flexibility in new environments

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
