Description
A Global insurance company is seeking an IT Security Engineer (Assistant Manager level) to drive the advancement of information security and support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security standards, policies, and architecture to achieve cybersecurity objectives
- Drive and oversee security projects aligned with the group’s cybersecurity roadmap
- Collaborate with IT and security teams within the global group
- Review and update documentation related to security processes
- Work with development and operations teams to ensure security throughout all stages of the SDLC
- Integrate and manage SAST/DAST tools within the CI/CD pipeline
- Implement and operate IT security products
- Collect, analyze, and visualize security-related information
- Plan and conduct internal security training and workshops
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience integrating security into DevOps CI/CD environments
- Hands-on experience developing and operating automation scripts for security testing and compliance checks
- Deep understanding of security design, technologies, and evaluation methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience applying security frameworks such as NIST and CIS
- Experience building and operating hybrid IT environments, including servers, networks, and office IT systems
