Description
A leading mobility technology company and part of a major global mobility group is seeking a bilingual IT Operations Technical Administration Specialist to support its IT Support Operations team in Tokyo.
This is a highly international role, working closely with IT teams across Japan and APAC to support projects, operations, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily IT operations, ticket queues, escalations, open issues, and SLA follow-up
- Support IT projects by tracking tasks, milestones, deliverables, and action items
- Prepare and maintain English–Japanese SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge base materials
- Coordinate meetings across Japan and overseas teams, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including English–Japanese translation
- Maintain operational records and workflows in tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to IT leadership, vendors, and team members
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations support, project coordination, PMO support, operations coordination, or technical administration
- Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar IT tools
- Strong documentation, reporting, and technical writing skills
- Experience with English–Japanese translation in a business or technical environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
