A TechTravel firm is seeking an IT Director, you will be responsible for leading the following three areas across the board: Information security and IT governance, Planning and implementation of information security strategies for the entire group and promoting projects to acquire ISMS (ISO27001)
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute group-wide information security strategy
- Lead ISMS (ISO27001) certification project
- Manage Privacy Mark (P-Mark) certification with external consultants
- Drive digitalization and automation of internal workflows
- Improve operational processes such as CRM, invoicing, and KPI visualization
- Strengthen IT infrastructure and collaboration across global offices
- Lead transformation initiatives using emerging technologies like generative AI
- Set up IT helpdesk operations and manage IT assets (PCs, networks, etc.)
- Oversee account management and internal IT policy
- Develop and maintain operations manuals and workflow documentation
Required skills:
- Minimal 5 years experience in solid experience with information security & IT governance, with proven track record of completion of ISO27001 cert project & some involvement in PMark Certification. (ISO27001 cert is more important)
- Minimal 8 years total years length as an IT experience (IT Systems implementation)
- Leadership skills, ideally leading up to 3 people
- Comfortable in taking initiative and getting things done with limited resources.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri) (Flex time, no core hours, 8 hours a day)
Working Style: e.g Hybrid (3 days remote work, 2 days in office)
