Description
A global automotive manufacturer is looking for an experienced IT – Data Center Operations Specialist to support the stable operation and continuous improvement of its enterprise IT infrastructure and data center services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate operational activities for enterprise data center services
- Coordinate infrastructure requests, implementations, orders, and operational activities
- Work with application teams, procurement, finance, IT teams, and external suppliers
- Support infrastructure changes, migrations, and project implementation activities
- Coordinate supplier activities, track orders and deliverables, and support operational reviews
- Support infrastructure separation and transformation projects, including migration and operational readiness
- Coordinate with global teams to align infrastructure requirements and implementation dependencies
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Patch Management processes
- Improve operational processes, service delivery, and supplier collaboration
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, or IT Service Management
- Strong knowledge of Servers, Storage, Backup, Network, and Managed Infrastructure Services
- Experience coordinating infrastructure implementations, service requests, orders, and operational activities
- Experience managing suppliers/vendors, including orders, escalations, and deliverables
- Ability to translate business and project requirements into infrastructure tasks
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Working Hours: 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00, flexible working hours with no core time
Working Style: 3–4 days Work from Office, 1–2 days WFH allowed
