A global insurance company is seeking an IT Business Analyst (BA) . This important role belongs to the Business Strategy & Innovation Department within the IT division and drives new product development as well as cross-department projects. It offers abundant opportunities for challenge and growth, including collaboration with global teams and the use of cutting-edge data.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business challenges and propose improvements
- Create requirement specifications, business process flows, and user stories
- Evaluate and propose solutions (business process improvement and IT implementation)
- Collaborate and coordinate with development teams
- Support test planning and user acceptance testing
- Assist project management and issue tracking
Facilitate communication as a bridge between business units and IT
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of PM/BA experience in the insurance or financial industry
- Experience in requirement definition and business process design
