Description
A Global IT Services Company is seeking a Generative AI Project Manager in AI Business Division.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify high-impact, innovative generative AI use cases with strong potential
- Analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional rollout of selected use cases
- Leverage advanced project management tools (e.g., GitHub Enterprise) to build integrated workflows and data hubs across product, engineering, and management teams
- Work with technical teams to define and execute rapid prototyping and PoCs for generative AI applications, and lead successful scaling into practical AI solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to share project updates and ensure seamless integration of requirements into development processes
- Maintain and update documentation of generative AI initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams; lead stand-ups, sprint planning, strategy sessions, and reviews to drive continuous improvement and meet quality standards
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of project management experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub Enterprise
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance project management, integration, and cross-team coordination
- Passion for using technology to solve real-world problems and create meaningful social impact
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency
