Description
A US based General Insurance firm is looking for a Fullstack Engineer in the Digital Engineering Division.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers (internal + vendors)
- Lead the development projects that deliver the IT Tools, Application and Service that support the work of core application development teams.
- Deliver development projects on time and with quality
- Work with business teams to understand requirements
- Define technical approach and guide the team
- Ensure smooth delivery of applications and systems
- Identify improvements in tools, processes, and automation
Required Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in software development and team leadership
- Experience managing projects and development teams
- Good understanding of Fullstack development

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
