Description
A leading Japanese IT solutions company is looking for an experienced Business Division Head to lead its Application Services Division, a key growth area covering ERP, AI, and Data Engineering. You will oversee the Business Application and AI/Data Engineering teams, taking responsibility for business strategy, P/L management, organizational development, and growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced SIer or contract development leader with strong ERP and business management expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Application Services Division and take overall P/L responsibility
- Develop and execute business strategies across ERP, AI, and Data Engineering
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, new business, and strategic partnerships
- Lead and develop department heads, project managers, and sales teams
- Create synergies between the Business Application and AI/Data Engineering teams
- Report business performance and strategic initiatives to executive management
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Strong management and organizational leadership experience
- Solid understanding of system development projects
- Experience with sales, revenue, or P/L responsibility
- Experience as a business leader within an SIer or contract development organization
- Strong ERP / enterprise systems experience
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills

Work Location: Tokyo / Nagoya / Sendai / Oita / Yokkaichi / Utsunomiya / Kitakami and nearby client locations
Work Style: Hybrid, approximately 2–3 days per week in the office
