Description
A Pharmaceutical firm is looking for an experienced DX Strategy Lead. This is a high-impact role at the core of the company's DX strategy, working directly with senior leadership to drive portfolio management, investment decision-making, and talent development in an integrated manner, contributing to meaningful change within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide digital portfolio management, ensuring centralized visibility of all digital initiatives, investments, and projects
- Monitor and evaluate ROI, progress, and risk levels across digital programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s digital transformation goals
- Conduct portfolio gap analysis and recommend prioritization of digital initiatives based on strategic impact and resource optimization
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize digital investment allocation and maximize business value
- Plan, design, and manage the Digital Investment Decision-Making Council, including governance structures, review boards, and decision frameworks
- Coordinate with senior management, business units, and IT teams to support effective digital investment planning and decision making
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks, reporting structures, and documentation required for digital investment reviews
- Continuously improve and streamline digital governance and investment decision processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
- Design and execute a company-wide digital talent development strategy, including roadmap creation and capability planning
- Define required digital skill frameworks and competency maps, and lead initiatives to improve digital literacy and capability across the organization
Required skills:
- Hands-on experience in digital strategy or DX promotion at a large corporation or consulting firm (minimum 3 years+)
- Experience in portfolio management of multiple digital/IT initiatives or large-scale project management
- Experience in making recommendations and building consensus with stakeholders, including C-suite and senior management
- End-to-end project management experience from strategy formulation to execution and impact measurement

Working Hours: Full flex time (no core time)
Work Style: H ybrid (1 day a week in the office)
