A Global Financial firm is seeking a Domestic Group-wide IT Strategy Leader / Planning Promotion Officer.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with each group company's IT department, we are responsible for planning and promoting IT strategies, including the use of digital technologies and AI. We aim to accelerate the digitalization of the entire group, improve operational efficiency, and create innovative services.
- We respond to diverse IT support requests from each group company, providing advanced practical support to ensure smooth and effective daily IT operations through support for improving business issues, IT governance, and internal coordination.
- We are responsible for the overall implementation of major IT projects (system implementations, renovations, etc.) at each group company, including planning and issue resolution, and ensure smooth project execution through coordination with related departments.
- We support each group company's efforts to improve the effectiveness of their system risk management, promoting the stable and continuous strengthening of risk management systems.
- We promote the standardization of platforms and architectures in accordance with global standards and actively adopt the latest technologies, contributing to sustained technological competitiveness. We communicate and collaborate with related organizations both in Japan and overseas to address a wide range of technical fields.
Required Skills:
- 8 years experience in project management, specifically in project governance, improvement of group companies IT operations and or digitalization
- 5 years experience in digital transformation
- 1-2 years experience in Finance industry

Working Hours: 8:40-17:40 (Mon-Fri), out of hours, weekend as needed
Working Style: Hybrid (currently 1day in-office, 4 days WFH, subject to change)
