Description
An Asian insurance Group seeking a Director – Group Digital Platforms (GenAI) to lead the product ownership and lifecycle management of an enterprise Generative AI platform across Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Own a defined product domain within the group-wide GenAI platform
- Contribute to the development of the integrated GenAI platform roadmap
- Translate GenAI strategy and product direction into clear backlog items and priorities
- Collaborate closely with digital product managers in Hong Kong and Singapore to manage key GenAI initiatives and platform dependencies
- Define and enhance platform capabilities to enable consistent and efficient GenAI use cases across markets
- Partner with digital delivery and engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and feasible
- Embed governance-by-design principles, including privacy, security, and responsible AI, into platform capabilities
- Drive platform reuse, standardization, and adoption across multiple markets
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including enhancements, rationalization, and technical evolution
- Provide clear product updates and insights to GenAI and digital leadership
- Coach and support the development of product management capabilities within the GenAI team
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in digital product management or platform product management
- 5+ years of experience in a senior product leadership role
- Proven experience working on enterprise platform products in complex or regulated environments
- Experience operating effectively in matrix organizations or multi-leadership structures
- Experience collaborating with cross-regional product teams
Strong ability to translate strategy into platform priorities, backlog, and roadmap
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Working Hours: Full flex time (no core hours)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
