Global animal healthcare company is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer, responsible for infrastructure support while liaising with Global IT team.
Responsibilities:
- IT support (PC, Nework, Server, etc) for approx 50 internal users in Japan
- IT training for internal uses
- Support IT infrastructure related projects
Required Skills:
- Experiences in IT helpdesk or user support
- Experiences in IT training
- Good communication skills with internal users and external vendors
