A world-leading MAANG company is looking for a talented, bilingual Delivery Consultant (Contact Center Technology).
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, design solutions, and implement AWS cloud projects. You’ll guide customers on best practices, emerging technologies, and help ensure their projects run smoothly and securely.
This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to learn cloud integration and CRM/WFM connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients design, implement, and maintain their call center systems. You will work on Avaya or similar platforms (Genesys, Cisco), and may also support cloud-based solutions like Amazon Connect.
- Configure and maintain Avaya contact center platforms (IVR, call routing, queues, agent desktops)
- Troubleshoot and optimize call center systems to ensure smooth operations
- Support integration with CRM and workforce management systems
- Assist with cloud-based contact center solutions (e.g., Amazon Connect)
- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Required Skills:
- Minimal 5 years’ experience total experience, with 1-2 years’ experience implementing call center/ telephony platform like Avaya OR Cisco OR Genesys OR Salesforce OR NICE OR Verint
- Good communication skills, ability to express well technically and to non-tech user

Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 day work from home)
