A Global Automotive Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Datacenter Infrastructure Specialist to play a central role in designing and establishing a next-generation enterprise datacenter service landscape.

This position focuses on building and transitioning to a new enterprise datacenter environment. The role combines architecture, migration strategy, and long-term product ownership responsibilities. You will work at the forefront of infrastructure transformation, collaborating closely with global teams, business partners, and application stakeholders to ensure a resilient and future-ready datacenter services model.

Responsibilities:
- Lead design and establishment of enterprise datacenter services aligned with organizational and technology goals
- Define migration strategies to transition existing IT infrastructure to target “To-Be” state
- Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and long-term operational stability across datacenter services
- Contribute to enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy and technology direction
- Drive and coordinate infrastructure migration and transformation across on-premise and hybrid environments
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and constraints, proposing structured mitigation approaches
- Assume product ownership and architectural oversight of datacenter services, ensuring service quality and stability
- Apply ITSM principles for reliable and structured operational governance
- Collaborate with domestic/international stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for aligned transformation outcomes
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and management stakeholders
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, including supplier and contract coordination
- Monitor operational performance, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT field
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including datacenter, cloud, network, and digital workplace technologies
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level datacenter environments
- Practical knowledge of ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and change management
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and global teams

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid
