A leading global insurer is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Delivery Lead to join our dynamic technology organization.
This role is responsible for driving the delivery of MS Dynamics CRM across the company. Along with strong technical understanding of CRM solutions, the Delivery Lead will closely collaborate with IT stakeholders, business teams, and senior management. Therefore, excellent communication skills are essential in addition to technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop CRM architecture and design deliverables for MS Dynamics CRM aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of MS Dynamics CRM implementations, including greenfield projects, ensuring successful design, build, and deployment
- Guide designers and developers throughout design and implementation phases while continuously improving CRM architecture standards and technical best practices to ensure high-quality delivery
Required Skills
- MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 expertise in solution design, technical implementation, configuration, customization, and development
- Experience setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 environments, including creating and managing new organizations and system architecture
- Strong knowledge of CRM integrations, security, and authentication, including integration methodologies and tools such as Okta, LDAP, and Active Directory with MFA
- CRM functional and data management capabilities, including customer data modeling, data governance, and support for call center and web-based customer operations

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00
Working Style: Hybrid (daily office attendance is required for the first few months.
After that, the office will be open 1-2 days a week. Days in the office may change depending on the situation)
