They are seeking a commercially driven  Country Manager  to lead market growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver country P&L performance, including revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Identify and secure partnerships to accelerate network expansion and market penetration.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and optimal occupancy/utilization across locations.
  • Maintain outstanding customer experience and service standards.
  • Drive innovation in workplace solutions and operational processes.
  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and business development.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.
  • Represent the organization as a market leader in the local market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships to support long-term growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving consistent revenue and profit growth.
  • Strong leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Commercially astute with strong business judgment and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of revenue levers including pricing, occupancy/utilization, and conversion performance.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and performance-oriented.
